Skills competition showcases talent; exchanges through rivalry bring mutual progress.

On the afternoon of May 4, 2026, our company held the “Skill Competition to Showcase Abilities, Exchange to Enhance Proficiency” electrical energy meter workshop skills competition. The aim was to improve the professional quality and business skills of front-line employees, promote the comprehensive cultivation of high-skilled talents, and meet the higher quality requirements of customers.

The competition was divided into 5 groups, and each group was required to complete 5 key assembly tasks within the specified time: plugin installation, welding repair, FCT testing, module fixation, and overall table welding. The contestants competed fiercely in each process, fully demonstrating their excellent professional skills and high-quality professional demeanor. Eventually, the fifth group won the championship.

By holding skill competitions, we have also stimulated the enthusiasm of the employees, encouraged their desire to improve their professional skills, and motivated them to strive for excellence, generate benefits, and make contributions. They have compared, learned from each other, and competed to surpass, which has promoted the formation of a favorable spirit of striving for excellence and achieving superiority within the business division.
