LZZB-10 Single Phase Current Transformer Series
Transformer is a special transformer that converts primary high current and high voltage into secondary low current and low voltage. The transformer is divided into current transformer, voltage transformer and combined transformer.
description
Product introduction
Transformer that converts primary large current into secondary small current (generally 5A or 1A) to supply power to instruments and meters. Current transformers can be divided into measuring transformers, measuring transformers and protection transformers according to their purposes. It can be divided into indoor and outdoor according to the use scenario.
Current transformer for metering: it is used for current metering, with conventional accuracy classes of 0.2S and 0.5S;
Current transformer for measurement: used for current monitoring, with the conventional accuracy class of 0.2 and 0.5;
Current transformer for protection: the transformer that provides signals for relay protection instruments or devices, with protection multiples of P10, P15, etc.
This series of transformer is applicable to 10kV voltage grade lines. It is an economical transformer developed by our company. It is small in size, light in weight, with protection multiple within P10 and maximum primary current of 1000A.
Application scenario
The transformer is mainly installed and used in the electric complete equipment, ring network cabinet, switching station, substation and other scenes;
The ambient temperature is between – 5 ℃ and 50 ℃, and the daily average temperature does not exceed 30 ℃;
The altitude shall not exceed 1000m;
The current transformer is allowed to operate for a long time at 1.2 times of the rated current. When the current transformer has primary current passing through, the secondary winding shall not be open circuit, otherwise high voltage will cause personal injury and affect product performance.
